Last weekend, @brown_steam partnered with @production.workshop, Brown’s only completely student-run theatre, to create an immersive art show featuring video works submitted by a diverse group of Brown and @risd1877 students. ⠀
Zev Izenberg ’20 and Mariel Rosic ’20.5, members of the production team, described the space as an art nightclub that at its core is an “exploration of the mutability, distribution and disembodiment of identity and art in the digital age.”

While inside the Downspace at the Production Workshop, students had the ability to interact with multiple immersive digital projections and interactive sensors giving each person a unique experience.

“With #STEAMRave, the STEAM team attempts to rewire digital identity and model a new kind of technological society through experience,” Izenberg and Rosic said.
